  Processing :
  From soaking to packaging of rice, the entire process is done with equal care and precisely to give the world class product to our clients. Here is the detail of the process.
  Soaking & Streaming :
  Paddy is soaked in water in huge vessel for about 14 to 16 hours, then water is removed from the vessel and steam is passed in to boil it.
  Drying :
  After boiling, grains are being passed through dryer, where drying process take place for about 6 to 7 hours by blowing the hot air in the dryer
  Milling :
  De husking of rice is the first step of the process. Husk is removed by the “BUHLER” De - Husking Machine which is carefully calibrated to ensure minimum damage to the grain.
  Polishing :
  Polishing takes place to remove bran and make grain smooth. Polishing process happens in several phases to ensure 100% removal of bran, number of phases depends upon the degree of whiteness required. Lastly rice passes through mist polishers which impart an extremely clean and glossy white appearance to the rice.
  Sorting : Sorting of rice is done by various machines.
 
» Grading :
  It helps to grade Rice by their thickness and length. Through this process broken and shriveled rice is separated from head rice with a very high percentage of accuracy.
» Color sortex :
  The final step in rice processing is color sorting. The “BUHLER “SORTEX machine is aimed to remove discolored grains from processed rice to give the final product of uniform-color look. It removes the high concentration of predominantly chalky and discolored rice to give final product a uniform appearance.
  Packing :
  Packing of products is done as per the standards. Rupal Rice Mill has the most modern electronic bagging scales that ensure high degree of accuracy in weighing.
